Chisholm Trail Rides Terms & Conditions
- Regular price riding hours may be refunded if canceled 48hrs prior to the scheduled booking or by Chisholm Trail Rides.- Higher-level riders may split from the group at various points with guide assistance.- Riders wishing to canter/lope/gallop must demonstrate correct riding in the arena before the trail.- All discounted/sale hours are final—no refunds, but hours can be transferred and do not expire.- Children needing foot or “pony” guides pay an extra $10 per child.- Each rider must wear a helmet; Chisholm Trail Rides supplies helmets.- All rides must be booked in advance. Sale hours can only be rescheduled once within 48hrs.- Riders must accurately state skill level.- Riders must speak and understand English, or notify the ranch in advance for case-by-case approval.- Riders displaying abusive or unsafe behavior may be refused service.- Hours can be gifted and used by any qualifying rider per terms.
