When you book, request a ride, buy a gift certificate or join our list, you share details like your name, email, phone and each rider’s age, height and weight. We use them to plan your ride safely, match your horses, send your confirmation and trailhead details, and reach you about your booking.

Payments go through PayPal. Your card details are entered with PayPal and never reach our website.

Booking records are kept in our booking database, and our emails come from our business mailbox. Front Porch conversations are kept so our team can answer you.

We don’t sell your information. To see, correct or remove what we hold about you, email support@chisholmtrailrides.com.
